Intro to Group Riding

One Is the Loneliest Number

Are you suffering from unsteady group riding? Are your paceline skills shaky? Are you uneasy during group rides? If so, LCC is here to help!

Our Thursday morning “no drop” ride aims at getting you comfortable riding in a group. We will practice single, double, and rotating pacelines. This ride is for riders who have attained a base fitness level and are able to maintain a solo average speed of 27 – 28 kph.

The ride will take place every Thursday morning, departing from 63 Barrack St (Food Basics Parking lot) downtown at 5:45am (weather permitting).

All club rides require Ontario Cycling insurance. Uninsured riders can always purchase a $15 OC “3-day pass”. This $15 can be used toward a future membership.
